Meet Cindy and Patrick Paxson, the proud owners of Pinemoor Pizza
Cindy Paxson was born and raised in Crystal Lake and started perfecting the art of pizzas in 1985 at Pinemoor pizza. The Owner was Dick Trownsell at the time, and he took Cindy under his wing and taught her everything he knew about pizzas and running a restaurant. In 2021, Cindy’s dream of owning Pinemoor Pizza became a reality. Today, Cindy along with her husband Patrick carry on the tradition of providing families throughout McHenry County and Crystal Lake with delicious pizzas.
Patrick Paxson, the better half of Cindy, is the man behind the scenes. Coming in daily, after his 8hr shift to help make and shape the pizza dough for the night’s pizzas. Patrick and Cindy combined are a team of pizza aficionados that are always striving the serve the best pizza you will ever have.
We are closed the following holidays: Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
